Heathrow

We might have over-packed! All bags strictly below 23Kgs which will save any grief at check in - which incidentally we have booked an Airportr - so will report back later on how that goes. Onward to the Heathrow Hotel.

Just want to add a big thank you to all those who have offered advice and guidance over the last year or so - and apologies for some inane questions.

Wondering what car we will get!

Nice meal at the Radisson... Lynn obviously enjoyed the vino rouge! Italian restaurant, not cheap but I suppose average for a captive audience.

Decent night's sleep, alarms set to get up in order to get the taxi into T3 - but I do think £21 to get from there to the Terminal is rather steep - but again considering the shuttle is £7 per person, the Addison Lee A6 Estate was a far better way to travel.

Security a doddle - although Ella did have a mishap with some hair oil - resulted in a bit of a search but she came through unscathed without too much drama. T3 does seem busy though.

No.1 Lounge ok - we only paid £6 a head due to the Priority Pass membership. Worth it - the sausages are awesome.

Best news - Flight is on time.
